Sassy Water for a flatter belly

Thought I’ll share the Recipe for the “Sassy Water” for a flatter belly with you.

It is really refreshing and taste delicious!

So what is it that makes this water so special? Let’s have a look at the ingredients first.

In addition to the diuretic effect, the cucumber contains powerful antioxidant vitamins such as vitamins A, C and E to help remove toxins and fat cells.

They help to clean your systems at a cellular level, to remove pockets of fat and toxins that have built up in your body and underneath your skin.



Because of pectin fiber’s presence in lemon, lemon has the effect of reducing your hunger. Together with its property of cleaning out your colon, lemons effect on your hunger cravings is a one-two combination in the effort to help you reduce weight.

Lemons is also rich in vitamin C (anti-oxidant, anti-bacterial, & helps immune system), vitamin B (energy production), riboflavin (tissue repair, growth, & development) and minerals like calcium, phosphorus, magnesium (these minerals all help build strong bones & teeth).

Lemons can help burn fat faster. When the liver is full of toxins it can’t metabolize fats as efficiently.

The Sassy Water Recipe

2 liters water (preferably spring water)
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
1 medium lemon, thinly sliced
12 small mint leaves.

Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and let flavors blend overnight.

Drink the entire pitcher by the end of each day.
